How much time does a home visit take?
A home visit takes an average of 25 to 30 minutes. We'll take the time to take a good look at your home, assess its unique features, and answer any questions you may have about the value and sales process.

Yes, that is certainly possible. Many home owners deliberately request a valuation far in advance to be well prepared. This way, you know exactly where you are, you can still plan any improvements and you have time to calmly think about your next step.
