The apartment is located on the first floor of a 1923 building, with a balcony at the rear. The property is on freehold land, meaning no ground lease and no annual ground rent. The energy label (C) was issued this year.

HISTORY
The name Bezuidenhout literally means 'south of the Haagse Bos', and that is still how the neighbourhood is situated today. This part was built in the 1920s, and the street names in the area refer to the era of the Dutch East India Company (VOC).
Hendrick Zwaardecroon (Rotterdam 1667, Batavia 1728) was Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies from 1718 to 1725 and introduced coffee cultivation to Java.
