The lowest rate rarely results in the lowest final bill. What you end up paying doesn't depend on the figure on the first page of a quote, but on what is included in that rate and what is charged separately.
Below, you can read about the common fee structures for buying agents in The Hague, how we work, what is included in our fee, and the questions you should ask every agent before signing. Our rates and terms are listed in the FAQ section at the bottom, and you will always receive them in advance in a detailed, written quote.

With no cure, no pay, you only pay if the purchase actually goes through. If you don't find a home, or decide to stop along the way, you pay nothing. In practice, it works like this: you sign a service agreement stating the fee and when it becomes due. That fee is fixed in advance and will not change, even if the search takes longer than expected. You only pay upon the legal transfer at the notary, so only after you have the keys.
What it is not: a free pass to start without obligation only to receive a bill halfway through. Therefore, always ask every real estate agent what happens if you stop mid-process, and get the answer in writing.

No cure, no pay.

We offer an all-inclusive service, from your initial search to the moment you receive your keys. You will never receive an unexpected bill for extra viewings or additional consultations.
This includes our attendance at every viewing, a valuation of the property you wish to bid on based on comparable sales, the bidding strategy and full negotiation, drafting and reviewing the purchase agreement, monitoring the deadlines for contingencies, as well as the final inspection and support at the notary.
Structural surveys and appraisal reports are third-party services and are never included. We will arrange these for you and inform you of the costs upfront. When comparing quotes, don't just look at the bottom line. Ask how many viewings are included in the fee, whether contract support is covered, and what happens if the purchase does not go through. That is where the real difference lies, not in the number on the first page.

Clear answers to common questions about the purchase process.
Our buying agent costs work at a fixed rate that is discussed transparently during our first meeting. As a professional buying agent in The Hague, we offer clear prices without hidden costs. The investment often pays for itself
back because of the savings we make during negotiations. Only upon successful purchase do you pay our costs. For a personal quote, you can
call to 070 - 326 50 17.
This depends on your needs, budget and the current market situation. On average, we find a suitable home within 1-3 months. Thanks to our active search strategy and access to off-market homes, we can often accelerate this process.
Absolutely. Our purchase specialist attends every viewing and professionally assesses the technical condition, asking price and future value. This helps you make informed decisions and avoid pitfalls.
Then we will negotiate the price and conditions for you. We supervise the entire process: from bid to purchase contract, financing check to final inspection and finally the transfer at the notary.
We work with reliable mortgage advisors and can refer you to the right specialist. During the process, we take into account your financial options and ensure that all financial aspects are properly arranged.
A purchasing agent only represents your interests during the purchase process. We advise you objectively about homes, assess the market value, conduct negotiations and guide you through the legal and administrative steps. This prevents you from paying too much or overlooking important details.
The collaboration starts with an informal introductory meeting where we discuss your wishes, budget and requirements. We will then actively look for suitable homes via Funda, our network and off-market opportunities. At every viewing, we are present to professionally assess the property. If you have your dream home
have found, I will take over the negotiations and supervise the entire process up to the transfer of the keys. Personal, involved and always focused on your interests.
